Welcome to the Bedgebury Foundation

The Bedgebury Foundation is a grantmaking charity supporting young people’s learning in Kent and East Sussex, where lack of funding is a barrier.

We offer two categories of grant –

Our Grants

For those adults involved with helping children and young people with additional needs such as SpLD or trauma, gain access to education and learning.

For schools planning innovative projects to benefit specific cohorts and/or whole school learning including mental health and wellbeing.

Teaching and Training Programme: is now open and will close on October 26th 2026.

Inspiring Young Minds: is now closed and will reopen in December 2026.

We will communicate decisions for Teaching and Training applications in December.
